Coach Palmer is in his 17th season coaching track & field at Plain Local. He first coached at Taft Middle School
for 5 seasons before being called up to the GlenOak varsity staff in 1998. He was honored to coach GlenOak's first national
champion, Derrick Williams (110mHH, 400mH 2001) and first double state champion, Brian Hartline (110mHH, 300mH 2005). He enjoys
working with dedicated athletes of all levels and abilities.
